Must have an Instagram account?

Hello I’m 37 female single.
Since my late 20’s.. I do not own any social media.
So If I match with someone on Hinge.. they ask my Instagram so I feel like I have to make..?

I can understand that they would like to verify me if I’m a real person, really single, not a weirdo…

Should I?
