Completely lost after update

Recently had my course updated and now the app thinks I know heaps of words I’ve never been learned. Can’t understand half the things thrown at me in practice lessons. Can’t do challenges. I’m no longer feel like I’m learning anything as it’s all guess work.

I get they want to keep things in line with standards, but there has to be a better way of rolling this out. Really frustrating and demotivating.
