Need hospital rec asap

Which hospital ER would be better for someone experiencing severe headaches and spinal pain? Which would be likely, and equipped, to diagnose and treat a potential spinal cerebrospinal fluid issue? My partner is very concerned about waiting a long time in the ER (he’s in a LOT of pain) only to not have his issue taken seriously. I never thought I’d. E able to get him to go to a hospital (no insurance) but the pain has become unbearable.

I’m not looking for medical advice, just trying to decide if u of m or trinity would be better.
