Is Zenmarket still shipping anime tapestries to the US with the CPSC changes?

As the title say, I'm wondering this because it says that affected categories of items by the new regulations will no longer be shippable through their service. I'm unsure if tapestries are one of these. I've seen little info anywhere on tapestries regarding the CPSC changes.
