Build for single target and bossing?

I'm looking for a build that has more single target focus, preferably with some tankiness. I already have a ED/C build that is nice for mapping but I want something that can do bosses and other more single target oriented content.

I'm not interested in a zHP bosser, it should be able to enter maps even if it is not going to be on the slower side.
