Thoughts on Carl Pullein's Time Sector System

Hi, guys. I'm struggling to keeping up with my to-do list. I don't think it's a matter of time, but of method and organization. Then I realized I never tried Pullein's Time Sector System. However, since it's so... unconventional (If I can use that word), I would like to ask If anyone has adopted it and what are your thoughts on it. Thanks!
