A Marraige Law Fic-Lucius wants a powerful Heir.

I read a fic a long time ago. In this Lucius checks before hand by some magic who would be the most compatible with Draco and produce a pwerful heir. He asks draco to befriend Hermione and make her fall for him he actually does that but his heart is not fully into it and resents his father for making him do it. Hermione on the other hand is slowly falling for Darco. In this draco gives her a ruby heirloom i think.
