Is Your Apple Pay Still Down? Read Here for Immediate Fix

I did not find this fix, I am not taking credit. I am simply putting it in a new thread so its easier to find.

How to Fix your Apple Pay:

Step 1: Go into Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > Turn "Apple Cash" OFF.

-This will remove Apple pay from your phone/Device

Step 2: Put Phone into Airplane Mode for 15 Seconds (Not sure if this part is necessary, but just do it anyways)

Step 3: After 15 seconds, turn Airplane Mode back off, and return to Settings and Turn "Apple Cash" back to ON.

Step 4: It will make you go through a setup process again for Apple Pay. It is possible this setup fails and gives the same error message about not being to connect to Wallet Services. Other users have assured me you can just try this again and it will work. Mine worked after 1 try.

Ending: After turning Apple Pay and Airplane mode on and off, it seems to have reset my entire Apple Pay and I was IMMEDIATELY able to send Apple Pay payments Again.
