PSA - Doing a 5-star sarcasm review on the Glassdoor instead of a 1-star one.

Ever since the Glassdoor and Indeed were merged, the "corp" power seems to grow significantly.

Negative 1-star reviews got removed frequently without any good reason. That is just cringe.

So instead I started doing 5-star sarcasm review on the Glassdoor, and found out my posts are still there after months lol.

Example I used:

"Absolutely thrilled with this company’s bold and innovative approach to “right-sizing” its workforce — truly a masterclass in corporate efficiency. While other organizations cling to outdated ideas like “employee morale” and “job security,” this company fearlessly embraces the cutting edge of uncertainty and adrenaline."

Or

"And let’s not overlook the cost-saving brilliance: fewer employees means fewer opinions, fewer emails, and dramatically shorter meetings. Efficiency at its finest."

Don't feel shame to do this when they only want to game with these negative reviews!
