Library Issue - missing folders

I am beginning to really hate on Sonos. I have a OneSL. Every few weeks, sometimes less it has to be manually reconnected to my WiFi.

Recently, for the past 2-3 weeks, folders have been missing from my Music Library in Sonos. I have checked for software updates, but there are none available. The folders are in my Windows11 Music folder. I have removed and re-added the Music folder in Sonos. I have rebuilt the library several times. When I get to the "The" in my library there are none. Can you imagine how many bands use "The" in their name? There are later folders in the T's e.g. Tom Waits is there, as well as artists beginning with U, V, W, X, Y, and Z. Just nothing between Temper Trap & Thin Lizzy.

I use MediaMonkey as my music player on Windows, and the files are in that library. They are just not in the Sonos Music Library. There could be other folders missing, but this gap is obvious and too big to ignore.

Has anyone here experienced this sort of problem? Were you able to resolve it?

Can anyone help me before I take a large hammer to my Sonos OneSL?
