Do you think Shamea is so scattered because she’s unable to give Jared a boy?

I’ve been trying to understand Shamea this season, she seems much more defensive, and seems to be uncomfortable in most scenes even with Kelly.

So I wonder if she’s feeling off in herself because of what’s happening at home. Watching the scene with the surrogate, felt the most authentic version of Shamea we’ve seen all season.

It made me wonder whether there could be something deeper going on with her core that she appears to be so off balance, so scattered and just a complete mess, like she’s fighting for her life in most scenes.

The dancing, the constant need to prove herself, and some of her interactions have come across as emotional unstable and insecure.

I’m trying to give her the benefit of doubt as deep down I really want to like Shamea but she’s been insufferable all season, I just hope she’s really doing the work to get to a better place emotionally and mentally because this ain’t it!
