Can we ban "look at this toxic player" posts?

I am cool with posting degeneracy and funny clips of toxic people if its posted in humour and not just posted as a "get this kid banned" type of post. They provide almost nothing to the community and also just most of the time look bad for the poster, and less the player being posted. Like cmon, put your written report in, expect omeda to do their jobs. Every day I log in I usually end up with a "Thanks, we have taken action against a player you reported" notice, they definitely do their job
