So my question is does the damage types just get adapted in categorys or based on the way the damage is aplied to him

For example lets say mohoraga is hit whit a bat. And than he gets hit by sukunas punches (no blackflash or anything like that just a straight on punch) would mohoraga be already some what adapted to the punch and take less damage becouse he took the damage from the bat earlier.

Another example: sukuna hits mogoraga whit a dismantle and than mohoraga gets hit by a 50. Bmg bullet(for this case lets say its CE infused) would he take less damage from the 50. Bmg becouse he ate a sukuna dismantle

To my knowledge he would take less damage becouse they are both blunt/sharp damage to him

One more thing is how does he decide what needs to be adapted this can be for a advantage/planning ahead/ survival for a upcomeing thing(like how he does adapt to daburas existence and stuff not necessarily damage) is he conscious to a point where he gets to chose based on his own mind in like a tameing ritual or does his adaptation just decide automatically for him(on this part i am specifically asking it for the tameing ritual where he has no one controlling him or makeing him focus on adapting to something)

I might have said some rong things but dont clown on me for not knowing much i am a relatively new powerscaler and manga reader

How does mohoragas adaptation work exactly
