Accidentally €1000 purchase on 3 fake pokemon carda auctions

​Hi everyone, I accidentally won 3 Yahoo Auctions via Buyee for counterfeit Pokémon cards totaling ~€1,000.

​Auction IDs: R26080304317, R26080304227, R26080304063

​Seller: 動物好き (11 ratings)

​Issue: Blatant proxy cards (fake full-card rainbow foil on vintage promos).

​I’ve already submitted an urgent ticket to Buyee requesting a hold on the funds due to trademark/counterfeit rules.

​Two quick questions:

​Has Buyee ever frozen funds or cancelled an auction for fake items before paying the seller?

​If they refuse to cancel, is it better to wait for warehouse inspection or go straight to a PayPal/credit card chargeback?
