So as I have observed every time a rookie group comes out and gains a little bit of traction, armys will jump on them will try to do everything in their knowledge to trash them. If that group doesn't ever interact with bts, they call them ungrateful for not kissing the road that according to them bts apparantly paved. And if they do call out as bts as their inspiration, they will bash them for trying to be the next bts. Either way, both those emerging groups and their fans get attacked by the most loudest and vile fandom ever. So how do you expect another group from Korea to ever get as popular when their rabid fandom will attack them unprovoked? I think this might become the reason for the decline of globalisation of kpop. So idk if bts paved the way but their fans are definitely blocking all roads for everyone else.
