Huawei 5G CPE Pro router issue on PS5

I'm having a strange issue with my Huawei 5G CPE Pro H158-381 and PS5. Everything works normally (PSN, online gaming, downloads, Store), except uploading captures to the PS App, which always fails with NW-102636-8. The strange part is that uploads work perfectly over my phone's hotspot, and I even tested the same SIM card in the router, but the issue remained.

I've already tried UPnP, Cone NAT (Type 2), IPv4 only / IPv4+IPv6, different APN settings, and confirmed there are no firewall or filter rules configured.

This issue only started a few months ago. Has anyone experienced something similar with Huawei routers or know what else I should check?
