Chessable is practically scamming me!

I have a monthly Pro subscription with Chessable.com, and they make it nearly impossible to cancel by forcing users to do it via email. I have sent multiple emails requesting cancellation, but I haven't received a single response, and my paid membership just keeps running.

I also tried their chatbot multiple times, but it completely stops working the moment you mention wanting to cancel. This is, hands down, the worst customer support experience I've ever had.

Any suggestions highly appreciated before I need to contact my credit card provider and tell them to blacklist chessable.com?
