Stryker - Interview Process

I have been interviewing with Stryker for around 2-21/2 months. I have passed the personality test, presented in front of a panel, met the team and RM on multiple occasions, went out socially with them, and also spent a day in the OR.

I am a finalist for the Sports Med ASR and the last step is supposedly meeting the Area Director. I am curious as to what I should expect with this meeting. If anyone has advice or previous experiences that would assist me I would greatly appreciate it!
