Can I use frigate+ on a weak hardware?

I am currently deciding whether to subscribe for frigate+ or not. Do I need strong hardware in order to teach my model all the things or how does it go?

Also: My biggest issue is that frigate currently cannot distungish between persons and other things (like a cat or a moth). I have 5 Reolink cameras and the native reolink app does a pretty good job recognizing whether this is a person or not.

Could I just use the person recognition from reolink and I am happy?
