Player sent me a fully AI generated backstory.

I have been asking one of my players to give me a backstory I can work with for 2 months now. Today he sent me a text he generated with ai in 2 minutes. I have asked for the other players opinion and they also think that AI can be used for inspirational purposes but not to generate your entire character. I tried talking to him about it but he refuses to think of something himself. I don't know what to do in this situation I don't want to throw him out of the group but I will not DM for an AI generated character.
