University of Cumberlands mandatory INTR session. What is it about?

Hi! I'll be starting at the University of the Cumberlands this fall. I was wondering if anyone who's attended the mandatory in person INTR session in Kentucky could share what it's like.

Is it mostly presentations, or are there activities and group work? What do you actually do during those 3-4 hours?

Also, I'm enrolling without CPT for now (no job yet). Does that make any difference?

Just trying to know what to expect. Thanks!
