Need advice using compressor

We have a small farm and a borewell about 250 feet deep. It uses a compressor motor pump although I am not sure about the exact name. It uses a air compressor to lift water from the borewell. it looks a lot like this https://www.youtube.com/shorts/Cv0h660XKKo . The problem is the output is very irregular and highly aerated like this but worse https://youtu.be/\_D8ceEtt\_Ts?t=359. As such it is impossible to use it for drip irrigation unless you build a storage tank to store the water and use gravity or another pump.

but i saw a video of a guy using some sort of air valves to separate the air at least to some extent as in the video https://youtu.be/EY0Gr5Mkjec?t=198 . I am sorry but cant find any videos in english and all i can find are in the local language. Can someone please explain what he has done and how i can use it too.
