ENFPs and lucid dreaming, high dream recall

Hi all! I’m an ENFP woman who dreams quite a bit, sometimes I can have lucid dreams. For the most part I can remember multiple dreams a night—usually around 7, sometimes up to 15.

I was reflecting today that my personality type might have something to do with my high dream recall. I’m a pretty perceptive person during the day. I would even say ::highly perceptive:: and I think this function carries over into my sleep and dream recall. Since my brain/heart/soul are already wired to be perceptive to the world around me, that trait carries over even when I’m sleeping.

Some more unusual aspects of this is that I’ll see people, places in a dream that days later I encounter in real life. Or sometimes I’ll have dreams of specific troubles my friends are having without them having told me in advance.

I think this might have to do with the way our ENFP antennas are wired to be highly perceptive.

Any other ENFP lucid dreamers out there?
