To foreigners, where do you usually hook up or like find people?

I've been wondering where foreigners meet people cause to be frank I don't really see them in dating apps or such yet I see a lot of foreigners around me. I'm more comfortable talking to foreigners cause, I can fully talk in English which is way better than my Filipino counterpart, to the humor and things I'm falling behind in our humor but updated especially in the US.
