My last Id got banned and when I created a new one by deleting the previous one, after few hours it again getting the same issue. Please help guys😭

I am new to Reddit. I don't know much about Reddit rules and regulations. My id is getting banned again and again. I couldnt use it for more than a day. Can somebody help me regarding it. While the ban exists I am able to use my account to view posts but I am not able to comment or interact with anyone. My friend told me that I might be a shadow ban but why does this keep happening again and again? Please help guys
