When isildur cursed the army of the dead, was he able to do that because he had the One Ring, or because illuvatar/ the Valar backed his curse with their own power?
Isildur is not a mage so i was wondering how he was able to do that. Did the One Ring grant him that ability to curse the traitors from Dunharrow?
