TTS broken?

My TTS on my Watch 7 seems to be bugged since the new health update,and I cannot change the speed, it's greyed out on both my watch and my app. If I try change it using the search settings, it's either extremely fast, or extremely slow. I've had to reset my watch (for about the seventh time this weekend,because the new health update broke my audio guides on my workouts).
