TVS Apache RTX 300 (2.55L on road)

Triumph Scrambler 350X (3.22L on road)

ROYAL ENFIELD HIMALAYAN (3.67L on road) (diff color)

KTM ADV 350 (3.45L on road)

Test drove all of these. Like the tvs because of price to features ratio. Love the idea of quickshifter, but test drive of tvs was very bad, quickshifter didn't work, speedo didn't work. The bike was fine, ingress and egress is a challenge for me though cause I'm short and well fat. I felt the bike was clunky, I think I need to get more test drive in that bike.

I haven't driven bikes that much, I've learnt to drive on 2018 bullet 350, and been driving that around city whenever I come back home. It's fun. But not fast. Plus seat is not good, plus I'm heavy and short. I pretty much tip toe on all the bikes mentioned above. It's manageable in traffic.

My dad says go for Himalayan even if it costs more, it's more trusted he says, a senior friend swears by scrambler (he has one). Ktm quickshifter is Makhan. I originally likes the tvs looks and features offered in price, but test drive was not good, electronics didn't work, tvs buying experience seems weaker compared to RE and Triumph, KTM is meh, bike good.

I liked the speed and smoothness of Himalayan, it has pull even in 5th gear. What I am concerned is price, not sure if 1L more i should put for bike, but then again, this will be a long time bike for me, better buy the better one?

I feel the himalayan is laking on some essential features like cruise control and quickshifter. Everything else is super. I'm still confused AF.
