Trying for a Dorothea deck

Hello,

I am trying to create a \[\[Dorothea, Vengeful Victim\]\] deck for bracket 3. I know she is not a good commander but i absolutely love the art on the art on the "skeleton" version, so i will not choose a different commander. Also i want to keep \[\[Counterbalance\]\], \[\[Otherworldly Gaze\]\], \[\[Gitaxian Probe\]\] and \[\[Opt\]\], because the "Eyes have it" secret layer is just gorgeous. I'm trying to use \[\[Hallowed Haunting\]\] as a wincon. Is my deck already good enough for bracket 3? What are some changes you would do? I know token doublers would probably be good, but I don't want to spend so much money on them. Thank you for your help. I appreciate it.
