Help with this deck please!

Hey guys, I'm hoping people can give me a hand with this deck list. Inspired by a recent post about The Sibsig Ceremony, I've tried to make a similar deck. It just seems very slow, I always seem to get manascrewed, and I just can't keep up with the oops.

Please help me out if possible - thanks!
