panic attack over pain

even feeling nauseous from all the painkillers, i still cant walk from how much pain im in. i keep thinking is this really my life? taking days off work? failing courses in college because i physically cant move? i have no support system, my house is so dirty and the only relief i have is being curled up in bed crying... having the hardest day ever today ☹️
