levels question (transfem)

hello lovely people! i’m currently getting hrt through my doctor, but she and i differ on what my ideal levels are (because wpath sucks). i’m on injections, so i can kind of just choose what my dosage is, but i still want the labs that she sees to reflect the dosage she’s prescribed.

with that, i have two questions—one, how do you test your own levels at home, and two, are your estradiol valerate levels dependent only on your most recent injection? (so i know at what point to revert to what she’s prescribing)
