Where is the growth?

Seriously, where is the growth? We knew AI was a grift driven by circular financing and private credit which is now unwinding due to stifling innovation and lack of profitability. Healthcare and retail were the only sectors adding jobs for the 16+ months. It seems like Defense is hot now, but sort of limited for entry. So where is the growth or opportunity over the next 3-5-10 years?
