Rent Concession (Albuquerque, NM)

I have a rent concession of $1000 this month. Whenever I go to pay it states the full amount of rent and doesn’t let me edit the pay amount so I can pay the true amount I own. I’ve contacted management at least 3-4 times at this point. What do I do? Do I have any protection from paying rent late?
