Dose increase and body temp regulation

I am 6 months on HRT and just got my dose increased from 100mg Spiro and 2mg twice a day to 200mg Spiro and 4mg twice daily. My levels have been: T 338->223->78ng/dL and E all were <30.

I started my new dose on Friday and last night and this morning I feel like I'm burning up but if I'm not covered up I'm freezing. Also I have had more breast soreness. I did a little research and I'm at the upper limit for Spiro. I have read that some warmth is normal but this feels like a little more than normal (or my anxiety is just winning).

Is this dose too high? Is the symptom normal?
