Worried that my shyness/inexperience will put guys off?

I’m 27 and I’m not very good socially (I am mildly autistic) because of this I can’t flirt (don’t know how to and also have a fear of being rejected). I worry that this is off putting to men. I feel like a lot of 27 year old women are confident and have experience. I have been in one relationship but I’m scared to kiss a guy in case I’m bad at it, in my last relationship we didn’t seem to make out much.

I also am interested in being with someone younger than me but I also worry that they would see me as the ‘older, experienced woman’ then when they realise I’m not that they would be put off. I just feel like I’m quite immature to be honest. How do I just become more confident even though I’m not.
