B14 Rear Spring Ride Height

Anyone else on here had any issues with the B14 kit and the rear springs not lowering properly? I have the adjustment completely dumped, and the rears still leave about a 2ish finger gap between the tire and the fender.

Not 100% positive on if the spring just isn't seated properly, but I've redone it a few times now and they just don't seem to want to come down any lower (they also have a few thousand miles on them by now, so I would assume that they've had enough time to settle).
