Place near saket with car parking

Hi, im a single male, 30+ working for a US MNC in Saket. Im looking for a 1 bhk close to my office but with some car parking. Most places i have seen in malviya nagar and khirki are generally lying about parking availability, and I need a place that can give me stilt or covered or even open parking that is guaranteed to be available. Please contact if you have any options or area suggestions budget 30-35k depending on the place.
