Working FT & Pregnant - Possible Accommodations?

Vent

*Wasn’t sure what flair to put since it’s more advice needed, but potentially also a vent?

I am just about 12W pregnant with baby #3, so not super far along.

I work full time (remotely, which I am incredibly thankful for), however, I have a project I’ve been working that is looking like I will be working well into the evening and late nights for the next 2-3 weeks. So possibly 14-16 hr days (I can flex hours a bit, so possibly take time off during the day, but due to nature of job it’s hard to do since there’s so much that I need to get done during the actual day).

I did a long day last week (worked from 8:30am-10:30pm), and it was so rough and I felt like it took a few days to recover. The next few weeks have me working in the evening (ranging from starting at 5PM to even 11PM with the possibility of going well into the early hours the next day). Since it’s not just night shift, but working during the day in addition to the evening. Do I have any justification for accommodation to request not working all those hours or do I just need to suck it up for the next few weeks?

I don’t know if it’s just being pregnant with two kids (or pregnancy alone), but I am so exhausted and really don’t know how I’ll make it through. I’ve never had to request any sort of accommodation before, so I don’t even know what I’m asking is reasonable or if I should start with my OB and go from there.
