A woman I was talking said I was "very domesticated". TF does that mean?

Context is this new girl at work I'd never spoken to before decided to strike up a conversation with me by asking what I did over the weekend, and I said I mostly got on with some DYI and went out for a few beers on Saturday night. She said "Ooh DYI, you're very domesticated!".

I didn't acknowledge and asked her what she got up to, but I'm kind of puzzled by that comment.

A woman said the same recently when she saw me change the bin bag in the staff room (of all things).

Is there something funny about me knowing how to be an adult?
