Cheap Varka or Childe Acc?

hello! haven't fully given up but does anyone have like starters or super cheap accounts with varka or childe on them? server doesn't matter, i'd just like full access. If i don't find one i'll just try to restart but i'd hope to at least try here before that! i think i'll be doing gift cards since i don't have paypal. Thank you. Budget is around 10-20usd ,i donmt know if it's unrealistic please tell me if so
