Places to flirt with mature women

Please, try to avoid judging and focus on useful tips. I a 28M years old and I feel very attracted to mature women (40-50 years old) and I would like to get tips to find some for some nice time together (not serious dating/relationships).

I am quite pesimistic about dating apps and I thought about visitting some bars in my area and grabbing a wine/beer and chatting with some women that I see around. If it helps, I live in a fancy corner of Berlin (Wilmersdorf ) and I see many very well-dressed fancy matures in my area. I know that talking to them in parks or similar may be violent, that's why I considered something where socializing is more normal.
