Great oral or lasting sex?

My wife (41f) and I (46m) married almost 15 years have great sex. As most men experience as they get older, its harder and harder to last long like I did in my 20's and 30's. I LOVE going down on her and could do it for as long as she wants to warm her up because I enjoy it so much. HOWEVER, this only gets me more worked up. By the time we get into sex, my time to last has drastically decreased often ending sooner than we both would like because I was so turned on by oral. She's never said anything around being disappointed, but I feel bad. I have no problems pleasing her afterwards with hand or toys, but I would love to last longer.
