A chain of pain

Does it happen to you to have like chains of pain? For example: on day one pain in your foot and lower leg, day two also on your thigh and hip, day three back and neck.

I am going crazy! Since I had a miscarriage 18 months ago my flairs are more painful and I started this path of chains of pain
