2018 F150 Headliner Leak

I have a 2018 F150 Crew cab (no sun roof) and one heavy rains when sitting I sometimes get water dripping from the headliner panel (where the lights are and sunglasses holder). Trying to figure this out because the only part that is soaked is between that panel and the rear view mirror. I took off the panel and felt and it seems it’s only wet there. I’m wondering if it’s either the windshield or the little antenna thingy on the roof. Any advice or ways to check let me know!
