Advice for decorating new rented house

Hello everyone, me and my girlfriend have just signed a contract for a new 2 bedroom 1 living room + kitchen and bathroom house.

We want to decorate it with some hanging stuff and lights etc. also some rental friendly tiles things, they are basically peel and stick wallpapers (saw it on tiktok)

I wanted to ask how safe are such decoative stuffs because i guess german walls (the basic white cardboard ones) are very fragile and anything regarding to sticking and drill makes a mess in them.

Any sort of advice and product recommendations are welcome.
