Mirror Checking Routine G Test

Hello. I was wondering if there is a specific mirror checking routine for the g test. I failed my first time as ai did not check enough. Is it ever 5 seconds I heard or what. Or like left mirror wait 5 seconds centre one 5 seconds right meteor wait 5 seconds repeat?
