My first time on vinted reurn shipping charges?

I purchased an item that was not as described and unusable. I could either throw it or return it.

The seller wants me to return the item and it shows 0$ for USPS label through vinted. Both I and the seller are in US. However the fine print says that vinted will charge me and deduct the price of return shipping for the item if I use its label. Im confused whether shipping is free (as I see $0) or chargeable?
