How does the upcoming launch work?

I’ve never supported a kickstarter before and wasn’t around for the Gothic terrain, so all of this is new to me.

My friends and I were looking for terrain when we saw two guys playing with Snot Goblin terrain and recommended it to us. After looking at the website, the upcoming terrain looks like it’s exactly what we’ve been looking for! I payed the $1 to get VIP status and my friends and I are going to pool together the money to order a set when it’s available, but we can’t figure out when that actually is. There’s a countdown on the website for what appears to be the launch of the kickstarter.

From my understanding, kickstarters are these long multi-month/year campaigns. I’m just trying to understand if the launch of this product means that it will be available for purchase or if it may be an extended period of time before this product becomes available.

Either way these sets look incredible and I can’t wait to get my hands on them!
