I am planning to publish my first p*** novel, but I'm having a simple issue

Heyyy I'm planning to publish my first p*** novel, as simply because it's my passion. No questions asked. But I read it somewhere that explicitly writing p*** on this platform would get it removed, do I upload nonetheless or is there any other platform where I can upload without any worries?
